7lbs down

I've lost 7 lbs, and its only day 4. Go me, go me.  I can't wait to reach my goal mini goals and eventual my goal weight. I can't wait to wear clothes, to get dressed in the morning and not layer.  To just settle with walking out of the door looking just okay, and to shop at stores that actually have my size.  Most importantly I can't wait to have my confidence in my outer beauty again.
